Each Soccer Ornament is handcrafted from real wood and can be personalized with your player's name and optional player number. If a number is requested, it will be added to the back of the player's shirt as part of the design.

Want to remember a special soccer season, tournament, championship, or senior year? Simply enter the year you'd like in the personalization box and we'll add it to a separate wooden year tag that hangs above the ornament, as shown in our listing photos.

There is no additional charge for adding a year tag.

If you don't want a year tag, simply leave the year out of your personalization information.

• Name – If you selected a Name option, enter the name exactly as you'd like it to appear.
• Number – Enter the player's number if you'd like one added to the back of the shirt. If you don't want a number, simply leave it out.
• Year – Enter your desired year if you would like a year tag added.
• Rustic – No color information is needed; Golden Oak stain will be used.
• One Color – Enter your chosen color.
• Two Tone – Enter both colors (example: Blue & White).
